Gamification is SalesScreen's foundational product. It applies game mechanics, competitions, leaderboards, missions, achievements, and a rewards shop, to daily sales activity, turning targets into visible, ongoing progress rather than a number that only appears at quarter end.
The product includes more than a dozen pre-built competition formats (one-day blitzes, bracket-style tournaments, lotteries, multi-round formats with a Lifeline feature), customizable dashboards, and a web-based rewards shop where reps redeem points earned from hitting goals for real prizes. Because roughly 90% of a typical sales team is made up of middle and bottom performers, the product is built to lift the whole team's activity and consistency, not only reward the top 10%.
Gamification is the practical implementation of the Sales Gamification concept and is one of the levers behind Sales Velocity improvements. It is frequently paired with Scout AI for behavioral signal detection and Coaching for turning those signals into action.
