Great software that fills multiple coaching, metrics and gamification needs!
Possibly the best part is how it starts as looking like a gamification platform but actually serves multiple purposes by bringing in the competitions, dashboards, coaching & scorecards. It can work as a complete coaching platform that allows me & my managers to incent the behaviors we want, measure those behaviors, and then continue to set up the next coaching session. SalesScreen is very intuitive to use and easy to admin. This is a huge plus when working for a start-up that doesn't have a lot of bandwidth within its operations team. It also brings in multiple points of data to allow us to get a clearer view of the performance of the reps. I am excited for future integrations that will allow even more 'centralization' of our data. I also have to say that the onboarding support from the SalesScreen team has been nothing short of amazing! From both a technical point of view, as well as getting suggestions, best practices and 'how we use it' guidance, I could not ask for a more complete team to help us get the platform up and running how we envisioned it during the demos!
